Sales Marketing Administration Manager

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Administration Manager to oversee our marketers in our north Florida locations. The Manager will also assist in the implementation and creation of new projects, programs and contests to inspire sales growth.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assists the Marketing Director in tracking, reporting and planning for the sales team.
  • Prepares and updates salespersons daily schedule
  • Prepares, tracks and communicates all salespersons performance.
  • Approves and Tracks Salespersons budgets.
  • Responsible for daily auditing of all team members contacts and appointments.
  • Assists in or heads major marketing projects
  • Responsible for client customer service matters, inbound calls to the Corporate offices.
  • Coordinates and conducts Sales contests and training.
  • Hires and trains new hires
  • Completes all required trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum (1) year of experience in the Administration field required.
  • A minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in the Administration field required.
  • Restoration or Trades experience a plus.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices. Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.
