UWRG Franchise Business Coach Job Description

Your primary objective as a Franchise Business Coach is to provide operational guidance (technical, tactical and strategic) and support to United Water Restoration franchise owners.

You will perform field visits to franchise locations to evaluate operational execution of jobs to ensure they are meeting/exceeding performance against the methodology/systems taught by IICRC and our initial franchise training.  Improving buy in and use of UWRG systems & and procedures is a key deliverable.

You will work closely with the Director of Operations to provide individual support plans based on the strengths/weaknesses of individual franchisees. You will also work cross functionally with Field Marketing & Business Administration to help improve overall performance of the franchise locations.

Ultimately, the goal of the entire UWRG Support team is to drive individual franchise revenue and improve profitability.

Essential Characteristics:

• Coaching franchisees and their teams to better execute proven UWRG processes & systems
• Coaching franchisees and their teams to improve weekly & monthly scorecard metrics
• Coaching franchisees during their Grand Opening Phase to build a solid foundation of operational performance
• Coach to improve responsiveness, close ratios, job documentation and average job size
• Provide technical resources and support to franchise owners at their time of need
• Clearly communicate IICRC standards to multiple field levels

Travel: This position could require up to 50% of travel for location visits, company functions, conferences, and tradeshows

Reports to: Direction of Operations

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of direct related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• IICRC Certifications: WRT & AMRT at a minimum
• 2+ years of Xactimate
