Experienced Water, Fire and Mold Restoration Technician - $2500 Sign on bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE RESTORATION INDUSTRY.

United Water Restoration is looking for top tier experienced technicians in the water, mold, and fire damage cleanup & restoration industry. We’re looking to do something different in our Jacksonville location. Times are tough and life is getting expensive and as we’re all aware the workforce is changing; especially in our industry.

We would like to show that this industry could be different when you had the right team in place. We would like to offer a sliding sign on bonus up to $5,000 depending on position and experience. We’re also offering above industry average wages and benefits plus 401k with employer matching starting after only 60 days.

Our Technicians are responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage claims with integrity and excellence, which include initial job-site inspections, performing structural drying, demolition and cleanup, water extraction, mold remediation, and fire restoration.

Additionally, applicants must be comfortable and confident in working with clients, filling out reports as needed, along documenting job sites through photos and written reports.

Must be available for occasional late night and weekend emergency service calls.

Requirements:

• Reliable, Customer-Oriented, Honest Team Players.
• Experience in Water, Mold, and Fire Damage Restoration and Remediation.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift and handle restoration equipment.
• Participation in a weekly rotational on-call schedule.
• Working knowledge of water extraction from residential and commercial structures.
• Working knowledge of demolition and clean-up techniques.
• Fluent in English (Bi-lingual is a plus).
• Willingness to work at a moment's notice, any time of the day or night.
• Ability to eloquently communicate with building owners and property managers.
• Ability to work and handle high-stress emergencies.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
