Job Title: President of Reconstruction 

Location: Pompano Beach / South Florida (Travel between Sarasota and Fort Lauderdale required)

Position Summary: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic President of Reconstruction to lead our newly acquired Reconstruction Division. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, is detail-oriented, and excels at decision-making. This position requires expertise in restoration reconstruction, project management, and customer service. Proficiency in Xactimate is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership: 

  • Lead and motivate a team of Project Managers across a broad territory, ensuring high-quality performance and the achievement of revenue and profit goals. 

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. 

  • Collaborate with administrative teams to oversee daily operations, including work-in-process tracking, active leads, accounts receivable, and customer satisfaction. 

  • Provide actionable insights and strategies to improve project execution, profitability, and client retention. 

  • Project Oversight: 

  • Oversee daily reconstruction activities, including project evaluations, estimations, budgeting, and timelines. 

  • Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and time expectations while maintaining excellent customer communication. 

  • Monitor job progress and adjust resources as needed to maintain efficiency and profitability. 

  • Subcontractor Management: 

  • Build and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. 

  • Evaluate subcontractor performance, resolve issues, and maintain standards for service excellence. 

  • Estimation and Reporting: 

  • Develop, review, and modify Xactimate estimates and other reconstruction project scopes across various trades. 

  • Compile and analyze performance metrics, including labor hours, material costs, subcontractor efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores. 

  • Operational Excellence: 

  • Assign and prioritize resources to meet project demands and resolve challenges. 

  • Provide leadership in resolving personnel and performance issues to ensure smooth operations. 

  • Additional Duties: 

  • Support other company initiatives and duties as required. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven project management experience in commercial and/or residential properties affected by water, fire, and mold (REQUIRED). 

  • Proficiency in Xactimate (REQUIRED). 

  • Symbility experience preferred but not mandatory. 

  • Strong Excel and general computer skills with the ability to learn new software. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities. 

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check, subject to applicable laws. 

  • IICRC Certifications are a plus but not required. 

Compensation & Benefits: 

  • Competitive base salary: $100,000–$150,000, with a performance-based bonus program offering above-market earning potential.
