Job Summary:

About Us:
United Water Restoration is a trusted name in the restoration industry, specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation services. We work with homeowners, businesses, and insurance companies to provide fast, reliable, and high-quality restoration solutions. We are looking for a TPA Coordinator to manage all third-party administrator (TPA) jobs, including Contractor Connection and other TPA platforms.

Position Overview:
The TPA Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all TPA-related jobs, ensuring compliance with program requirements, tracking deadlines, and maximizing approval rates. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and experience in working with insurance claims and restoration project management.

Responsibilities:
✅ Manage Contractor Connection and other TPA platforms, ensuring compliance with program guidelines
✅ Accept, review, and assign new TPA jobs to the appropriate project managers and technicians
✅ Monitor deadlines, status updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for TPA jobs
✅ Submit required documentation, estimates, and progress reports in a timely manner
✅ Communicate with adjusters, insurance representatives, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
✅ Address and resolve any compliance issues, rejected estimates, or supplement requests
✅ Work closely with the production team to ensure work is completed within program timeframes
✅ Maintain accurate records of jobs, approvals, and financials in company CRM/software
✅ Identify ways to improve efficiency, compliance, and profitability within TPA programs

Qualifications:
✔ Experience in the restoration industry (water, fire, mold remediation) preferred but not necessary 
✔ Familiarity with TPA platforms such as Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Sedgwick, etc.
✔ Understanding of insurance claim processes and restoration project coordination
✔ Ability to interpret and comply with TPA guidelines
✔ Familiarity with Xactimate, Encircle, PSA/RMS, or other restoration software is a plus
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
